I help teams and companies grow by combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on leadership and management.
I'm currently writing a book on engineering management - told through real-world stories drawn from day-to-day engineering life. It's a reflection on the challenges developers and managers face, written from the perspective of someone who's been on both sides.
With over a decade of experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership, I've worked across the full stack, from building early-stage products to scaling complex systems and leading technical teams. My journey has taken me from developer to architect to CTO, and I continue to learn, adapt, and help others grow along the way.
How I learned what actually matters.
Took on full technical ownership as CTO - leading architecture, hiring, delivery, and feature design. Integrated AI-based feedback, third-party services, and scalable infrastructure. One of my most complete roles to date - where leadership, architecture, and execution came together.
Served as CTO, leading both the technical redesign and team growth of a large-scale ticketing platform. Migrated the system from a legacy monolith to modern microservices, introduced CI/CD pipelines, and improved deployment reliability. Beyond architecture, I was also responsible for managing engineers, mentoring junior developers, and driving a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
I bring over a decade of experience across development, architecture, and engineering leadership. Whether you're scaling a product, shaping a team, or navigating complex tech decisions - I'm open to meaningful collaboration, consulting, or simply sharing ideas.
